The Midrash Says

I just purchased the set of books called "The Midrash Says" and I began reading starting with the weekly Torah portion which is the first portion of the book of Deuteronomy Devarim דברים. I found the series of books to be very interesting as the stories in the book are more current and can be related to easily. I will be doing this for each weekly Torah portion as we cycle through the Torah during the year.

I have just finished studying the book of Job ספר איוב in the Writings כתובים. Now I have begun studying the book of Song of Songs ספר שיר השירים. And in the Midrash Rabbah מדרש רבה I am studying Song of Songs Rabbah שיר השירים רבה.

I have just finished studying the book of Zechariah ספר זכריה in the Later Prophets נביאים אחרונים. Now I have begun studying the book of Malachi ספר מלאכי.

I have just finished studying the book of Zephaniah ספר צפניה in the Later Prophets נביאים אחרונים. Now I have begun studying the book of Haggai ספר חגי.
